Cultivating strength in the storm
Rain Garden Wellness was born out of my passion for helping people tap into their innate capacity for healing. I believe that we are all individual manifestations of the natural world, and through that, we are all connected. I believe that at our core we are good - wise, compassionate, and deserving of love.
However, we don’t always feel that way. Our experiences over time can teach us something else. We may learn that we are bad, or unlovable or incapable. We may learn to doubt ourselves. We may forget who we are entirely, loosing access to that inherent connection to each other and to the world around us.
I have found, that healing happens through connection. My goal is to help you reconnect and return to your nature.
“Every step taken in mindfulness brings us one step closer to healing ourselves and the planet.”

Rain Gardens
Rain gardens are made up of native plants in low areas where excess run off rain from roofs and roads gathers. They help to filter pollutants out of the water and prevent erosion of the earth.
Like rain gardens, therapy helps us to process our experiences, stay connected and grounded and sustain overall wellness.
